How does it work?

First Step

Click the link to purchase your wellness package. 4 Weekly Sessions a month for $228 per month. (3 month commitment) You will need to create a Mindbody account if you do not have one already, or if you are a current MSF Client, be sure to use your email address we have on file. If you don't know your password click forgot password to reset via email.

Second Step

Schedule your first wellness session online through Mindbody and choose the Wellness option. If you are not a Willoughby client choose Virtual Wellness as your type. Your intake questionnaire will be emailed to you, please be sure to fill this out prior to your first session.


Third Step

Attend your first session where your coach will work with you to create a custom plan and support you through your transformation from the inside out!
