The MSF Continuous Tension Protocol utilizes high intensity, low force strength training that is efficient, effective and SAFE. Our clinically controlled studios are 67 degrees, so you won’t sweat. No music, no mirrors, no intimidating social scene. Just a science backed workout guided by friendly, expert trainers that gives you results in minutes a week. The trainers, James and Asa, at the Flower Mound TX location, have provided knowledgeable feedback to my questions.
My primary trainer, James, carefully previews the goal of each move, the proper form of the movement and provides encouragement throughout the exercise.
