Did my walk through on Friday with James. He was great and explained everything clearly and took me through 4 machines to experience the process and how smooth they are. Did my first session with Asa today. Asa did a great job and pushed me when needed and I came out feeling it in a good way. Looking forward to Weds.

As a 60+ woman, my goals in joining Max Strength are increased strength, flexibility, endurance and health span. Why? Short answer…grand children! I believed this focused, no nonsense combination would provide the best platform for brain health and living life abundantly going forward.
The owner, Deborah is friendly and found a program that met my goals.

First, I appreciate that my trainer carefully assess my physical situation.

Next, Max Strength purports to provide one-on-one guided strength training sessions, bringing one to muscle failure in each muscle group during each session. They succeed! Yet, I’m still able to get on with my day!

The trainers, James and Asa, at the Flower Mound TX location, have provided knowledgeable feedback to my questions.
My primary trainer, James, carefully previews the goal of each move, the proper form of the movement and provides encouragement throughout the exercise.

I am seeing results already! And of course, the more you put into it the more you get out of it.

There is nothing lost to give it a try.

James, Asa, and Debra deliver a strong personal training experience. You feel it as soon as you walk in. The gym stays clean. The energy stays positive. The coaches stay locked in on you. They do not waste your time.

I stopped in for a free demonstration workout during MaxStrength Fitness’s grand opening and left thoroughly impressed. From the start, the team took the time to understand my health history, past injuries, and personal fitness goals. Their approach is centered on controlled, time-under-tension training to stimulate muscle growth safely while minimizing the risk of injury.

After just the first movement on their squat machine, my legs were jello already! Proof that their method is both efficient and effective. The studio itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff is genuinely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced lifter looking to train smarter, I highly recommend checking them out.
